A phone interview to set up a time for an in-person interview. The process took maybe at least three weeks from the time of applying to the phone call. The in-person interview sat at a table with the supervisor and two other employees. The discussion was what the job is all about technical questions on troubleshooting the network and working the cat6e line and how to punch down cables and make Rj45—working with fire alarms and security alarms.

Interview was via phone. Got an offer same day. Interviewed by principal and human resources on the same day. Overall a good experience. They offer good benefits, I declined due to location
