I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ecumen (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
Extensive and thorough which also means slow. However the commitment to hiring the right person for the position and taking into account how this contributes to the overall team's success is worth the wait!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ecumen (Maplewood, MN) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied for the job and received a call from HR about five days later to set up a time to do a phone interview. Had the phone interview which was very well prepared for. Couple days later I had an interview with the executive director of the community and two home office employees. The interview was comfortable yet challenging. I felt I could be honest with them. They also asked very good questions to see my character, work ethic, and work experience.
