Brilliant interview process with an excellent and engaging internal recruiter, Rick. It enable the candidate to understand the vision, the culture but also demonstrate your own abilities. The process was run efficiently with 3 interviews over 10 days but also without time pressure to prepare which is ideal. Always on hand to answer questions too.
