Edelman staff was very friendly and the whole interview was conducted in a conversation like manner. I had a screening interview, and then was called in for an interview with the manager if he working under.

Friendly interviewers and the team seems passionate about what they do. They would discuss the writing assignment to understand more about you and your thought process. The stages took about 2-3 weeks.
