Fairly extensive process, you speak with HR, then you speak with at least three if not four or even five people in a series of three-ish interviews. For scheduling, they're pretty quick but you're at the mercy of the interviewers' schedules.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about my experience in past roles and about organization and writing skills.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Edelman (Bengaluru) in Dec 2014
Interview
First round is usually a face-to-face interview with the HR Manager, followed by a written assignment (it could be anything - a press release, pitch note, communications approach for a new campaign, etc.) - to check your writing skills. If you are selected, two-three rounds (one-on-one) with the Branch Head, Account Director, and an Account Manager (one you'd be reporting to)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Edelman (New York, NY) in Jun 2024
Interview
went all the way through to final round, was pretty confident i got the job, then told me i didnt after not hearing for three weeks. interview process took around a month and a half
Interview process was four 30-minute back to back interviews. Nothing too crazy, the interviewers were very nice. Then there was a writing test which is very standard for the process.
