Interview
In person with HR and staff. Each person was from a different practice and provided some sort of knowledge about the job i was applying to. I dont know why glass door wont let me submit this question, i've clearly written enough to submit to their guidelines this seems like a huge waste of time.

Q: Tell me about a successful and failed campaign youve worked on and what caused each scenario.
The interview process was clear. I experienced a very friendly interview. Might depend on the interviewer. There was a timely response from HR. HR team did not delay too much.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Edelman
Interview
First call was from the in-house HR, then video interview with the Line Manager, and then second video interview with two colleagues (one level above). No written test is required.
