HR was organized in setting up times that worked for me. The process with HR and then the following rounds with the other teams were seamless. Good communication from beginning to end.
The interview process was clear. I experienced a very friendly interview. Might depend on the interviewer. There was a timely response from HR. HR team did not delay too much.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Edelman

First call was from the in-house HR, then video interview with the Line Manager, and then second video interview with two colleagues (one level above). No written test is required.
