I submitted my application online via Linkedin and the talent consultant from Edelman reached out me with a dry email saying that please schedule some time from my diary for aninitial HR round. I did. During the interview, this person was absolutely least interested, was not asking any questions. He just told about the job, asked my background and thats about it. I tried to ask questions , showed interest in companyâs culture and he was just least bothered.
Then 2-3 days later, he just emailed back saying that we will continue with other candidates and thatâs about it.
It would be great if he would have just cancelled my interview rather than wasting my time as clearly he was not interested from the very beginning of the interview.
Probably Edelman needs to look out for good HR.
