Edgen Murray interview questions

Phone call with recruiter was short and set up phone call with hiring manager. After that, met with the hr dept and the miring manager in person. Offer came in email and I accepted.

Submitted resume to PCG (recruiting agency) where they set up a first interview. The first interview was very by-the-book and the interviewer asked basic behavioral questions such as, "name a time when...." It lasted about 30 minutes. PCG called to tell me they hired someone else. About three months later, I received another call saying they wanted to see me for a second interview and take me to lunch. I met with three additional employees of the company who were very welcoming. The second interview lasted 2.5 hours including lunch.
