Multiple returns for interviews. Very thorough with checking references, background, etc. Met with supervisor for initial interview and then with group/panel of department heads for 2nd interview. I appreciated meeting the team of department leaders as eventually when I was offered the position, I knew who they were and I believe that they knew who I was.
