I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Edgile in Jan 2025
Interview
The entire process took from October to May. During that time I met a recruiter at a career fair, had one interview in November and end of January, and did not get a response (rejected) until early May. I sent multiple follow-ups asking about timelines and if they were still interested to mostly no avail. They said I would hear back in two weeks about a second interview in November but I did not hear from them until early January.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Edgile (Dallas, TX) in Sept 2023
Interview
Met them at a career fair at Texas A&M. Spoke with them at the booth and they told me to sign up for their on-campus interviews by leaving my email address. Later that day they sent me a link to register and I had the interview the next day. Interviewers consisted to one of the higher ups on the team and someone who worked below him.

Question 1
The questions were mostly "Tell me about yourself" and asking about very surface level stuff. The trickiest one was "Describe something technical you've done in simple terms" Where they would follow up to make you think up of more on the spot
There were three rounds of interview. The first one is behavioral interview and in my case it was on the following day after my career fair. The next two interviews are both technical.

Question 1
For the behavioral interview, all they are trying to do is getting to know whether you are a good fit. So, be yourself and try not to be nervous. For the technical interviews, most of the questions are based on your resume so be familiar with your resume and confidently answer the questions.
