Phone interview was not too bad, I would say very ordinary. Then I came in for a full interview and it was also pretty basic... then the CEO/Owner came to interview me and it got interesting. You could tell he wasn't that interested in what I knew, but more about who I was. This is actually why I liked the interview process and the company as a whole.
