The most difficult part of the interview is trying to understand what exactly the company actually does and how their operations work. You may have one idea, but might be surprised to learn it isn't really how it works once you get hired.
You might get caught off guard by coding questions for SQL or excel VBA is you're more advanced. But, also don't forget they'll probably want you to have some knowledge of retail terminology, especially inventory and replenishment terminology, and different types of sales report/business terminology and equations that deal with time, sales, inventory, replenishment, etc.
If you understand sales reports, edi's, excel report generation using VBA and SQL and retail manufactures, especially for sporting goods companies, you'll be well on your way to getting a job here.
