Education and Training Foundation interview questions

Interview was in 2022 so the process may have changed since. I had two interviews, one online and one in person (both with a panel of two people). At the first interview, I had to walk through how I would approach a communications plan (verbally, no formal presentation was required). The rest of the questions were mostly competency based.

Required a task/presentation, was virtual, too interviewees, relatively informal conversation and uncomplicated questions, didn’t feel like a test, more of a conversation. Second interview was more of a conversation also.
