There was only one round since it was a full-time job during the summertime only, like 2 months. The Phone interview was all about past experiences and future situation solutions.

First filled out an initial application, then moved on to the first interview which consisted of answering some questions and making a video, and finally interviewed over a Zoom call with the camp director who was very nice and made the interview very comfortable. The call was about an hour long and the camp director offered me a position on the spot and said I could have two days to think about it.
