Interview
I had a phone interview from a recruiter at their headquarters. After reviewing my qualifications. She set up an interview with the branch Office Finance advisor. The current BOA at the time was retiring. When I went in for the interview she asked me about my background and she automatically told me that my former employer was hiring and I should applied there. But I didn't make anything of it and waited for my interview. I had the interview with Financial Advisor and the entire time he seemed uninterested in me. I guess they weren't expecting my type of person. This is in Houston.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
