Interview
For Branch Office Administrator, the interview was conducted by a recruitment employee in St. Louis, via telephone, scheduled in advance.
A number of standard questions were asked, with a large share focusing on work history (primarily to verify no conflict of interest) and it was clear that the interviewer took notes, etc.

Question 1
What experience do you have in an administrative role?
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
