I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Edward Jones
Interview
Sent in my resume and applied for the job. About a week later received an email stating they would like to invite me to do a phone interview. 2 weeks later the phone interview was scheduled. First off my interviewer was late calling me. Next the questions they asked seemed to be all personality questions. Nothing about my past work experience or why I would want to work for Edward Jones. They didn't really ask me much about myself either. Terrible way to interview someone to throw questions at them that has nothing to do with the job.

Question 1
"Name a time when you found an error and how was it fixed/handled?"
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Application
I interviewed at Edward Jones (Westlake Village, CA)
Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
