The interview process is pretty grueling, however you go through it because of your interest in company and position. Throughout the process the employer makes you feel as if your time is valuable to them, steadily making you feel as if they are interested in you. You have to take several assessments & answer essay questions demonstrating the effectiveness of your communication, professionalism and conflict resolution. It was my experience that the final in person interview was to simply go through the motions. My interviewer spent right about 20 minutes with me. I knew at the end of the interview that I wouldn't be receiving an offer. I was thanked for coming in, no hand shake just got up and said they'd be in touch. Body language gave away the fact that they were no longer trying to make the case as to why I would want to be a part of their team versus another company. In my opinion this position is providing cutting edge customer service to the client, employee management & recruiting. I wasn't offered the position because I didn't have an extensive background in manufacturing. My confusion is this position really has nothing to do with actual "manufacturing" rather the management & recruiting of employees. serve as an extension of company, making certain the client remains confident & pleased in the services provided.
