Interview
It is three round process. Basic, Technical and HR. In basic round they ask about OOP and check our fundamentals of OOP. In Technical, they asked about .Net technology related question and Framework related questions. If we cleared these two round then there is last HR round to discuss about company policies and salary.

A senior person meets from HRD.
A senior technical developer/architect takes the interview.
PM evaluates the candidate.
