I had one in person interview with the CFO. He was personable, direct and knowledgeable. The interview was conducted in his office in the El Segundo, CA office. Our interview went over only my experience that related to the job at hand.

If I had written financial statements from scratch. He asked that I describe my Excel skills and cash flow forecasting. To name one of my weaknesses. He also ask about my experience handling the month-end close process, independently.

I sent my resume on Friday. And then I got a reply on Monday morning. After that, we set up a phone interview in the afternoon. So I guess he is quite efficient. We talked about my experience and some stuff on the company. The interview lasts about 30 mins.
