Don’t bother applying to any internships at the boulder office if you didn’t attend CU Boulder. Doesn’t matter how much knowledge or experience you have they only select CU Boulder students or graduates.
I applied for their internship program, it was 3 rounds of interviews, 1. respond to sparkhire platform with several behavioral questions. 2.online case study. 3. final round interview through zoom.

Interviewed by two team members, both super kind and excited to talk about the opportunity. They were friendly and offered a lot of great insight into the company too. Although I didn't have much strategy experience they were still keen to hear about my other skillsets.
