Scenario/roleplay situation, this section of the interview is rather difficult. The rest of the interview is standard. E.g. tell us about your past experience, tell us a time where you went above and beyond for a customer.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eir (Sligo)
Interview
Very simple. Quick video call and later that day they ring to say you’ve got the job. Internal interviews within eir are pointless as they already have someone to do the job but they have to interview for fairness
They will ask about experience with customer service, have you dealt with dealing with a difficult customer and how did you deal with them.
Might ask if you have ever delivered a resolution to a conflict with a customer that the customer was not happy with, and how did you manage the situation etc.
General questions about time keeping, shift work etc.
