A brief meeting with HR and a tour of the facility. At that point, if you had a pulse and were available you were hired. So much turn over creates many open positions. I feel if the interview process was a bit more detailed it would weed out some of the candidates who are obviously going to leave quickly. It was told of me all of the great things entailed with the position, however, none of the negative aspects were explained which is unfair to a candidate in my opinion.
