El Rancho Unified School District interview questions

There was a time limit to answering questions and very little opportunity to ask questions yourself. It seemed like they invited tons of applicants but not enough time is given to get a feel for the actual work environment.

The process began when I called the HR department and was asked to come in to pick up a paper application (they only do paper apps). The application asked about teaching experience, education, and teaching philosophy. I had to complete a TB test, background check, and three letters of recommendation. Shortly after I was asked to come in for orientation and did not have to complete an interview.
