The interview with the Elanco employees was a good experience. Unfortunately, they use an external recruiter who was inconsistent and unreliable with follow up. More than once we were scheduled for a call but there would be no follow through leaving me wondering about next steps. Not a good way to be introduced to a potentially new employer.
