dysfunctional and amateurish interviewer. not prepared, late, did not seem prepared nor comfortable in the process... did not know some of the answers to my questions and continually looked at her phone
Many steps in the proces i has 6 different interviews with different stakeholders from direct managerial to CA commercial director . People were friendly and connection was really good . I felt experience was tested most in the first interview with the recruiter , talk other levels of interviews were more focused on core values and soft skills
