I applied on line. A recruiter from a staffing called the following day and did a quick check about my past experience. She was able to set me up with in person interview within the same week. There's no parking in the facility for visitor. Show up early for the interview. You also required to fill-out the job application. I met with the Engineering Manager first. Interviewed with Production Supervisor took about 20 minutes. Then the Program Manager about 15 minutes. The longest part was with the Engineering Manager. He actually took notes of your past experience in detail. For every single job you had starting from college, you had to tell him what you did. Refer to "Interview Questions" in detail. I was there for 4 hours. They called me back for 2nd interview with the owner. He asked the same questions. They were very nice through out the interview. We were interrupted couple of times because there were issue going on.
