Elegran Real Estate interview questions

The interview process was going well until after the 2nd interview. I was told that I'd get an update before Thanksgiving, and that came and went. When I followed up, I was told that they're running behind schedule and would follow up with me soon, that was 2 months ago. Safe to say I got ghosted, which is highly unprofessional and wasted my time, and is ironic considering they claim to give real interviews and that they treat they're employees well.
