The process was excellent overall. While it was a bit longer than expected, it was definitely impactful and well worth the time. It started with the recruiter reaching out, which already set a very positive tone. From there, I went through two technical interviews that were both engaging and thoughtfully structured. I also had the opportunity to speak with the GM, as well as meet members of the team. Each conversation felt meaningful and gave me a clear understanding of both the technical challenges and the people I would potentially be working with. Throughout the entire process, everyone I interacted with was genuinely nice, professional, and pleasant to talk to. It didn’t feel like a stressful or rigid interview loop, but rather a series of constructive discussions. Overall, it left a very strong impression on me.

The process was rushed, but I went above and beyond to adapt to their needs, and I even arrived at a three-hour back-to-back interview. The held me for 3 weeks after calling my references and didn't got back to me. Eventually, they decided to go with a diff candidate. They never once raised the concern they had before the last call in which they said they chose a diff person. the whole process was very disappointing,
