Short Phone Call and Zoom interview, asked questions about background and school history. Received an email with an offer about 4 days later. Recruiter was friendly and helpful and showed knowledge in the field

Awful. They have the worst candidate experience. Lack of coordination was quite clear from the beginning. You're thrown from one interviewer to the other . During the interview, it's like the interviewer is trying everything possible to discredit you. Make you look dumb or something. Honestly it says more about you as an individual and company culture than it does the interviewee . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone . Lots of cooperate issues can be seen from a far.
