2) Participated in an initial screening interview with the Human Resources recruiter, which was conducted in a professional and structured manner.
3) Completed an interview with the hiring manager focused primarily on prior experience, qualifications, and alignment with the role requirements.
4)Attended a panel interview with multiple team members who asked experience-based questions; the discussion was professional and conversational in nature.
5)Met with the hiring manager for a final interview to further discuss role expectations, responsibilities, and overall fit.
6)Received a formal job offer from Human Resources.

The interview process was organized and efficient. It was a panel interview however, the interviewers were all welcoming and friendly. They were straightforward and discussed the role in great detail. Expect a thorough background check.
