I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Elevance Health (Mason, OH) in May 2016
Interview
Questions were asked about my past experience with companies I worked at. My former job at Anthem was discussed as I had some experience with claims. I believe my time period of being a stay at home mom hindered my chanced at the position. I stated that I home schooled my daughter and the interviewer thought that may be a concern. I don't, I have a process to put in place. My husband will take over as he is home during the day, he is disabled.

Interview
Interview was 30 minutes, but ended up going over my time due to talking to the manager and trying to understand the environment I was getting into. You can tell that questions that were asked using the STAR method.
Initial interview was a pre-screening process where you were given questions and had to record your response. You had no time limit, but three attempts for each questions. I have an upcoming second interview that is an hour long.
