I had a telephone interview and then a personal interview. The process was comfortable and relaxing, more like a conversation. I met with all of the managers and was asked questions. I also brought with me copies of my work experiences and success stories as a case manager.

Went smooth and organized; it was very zoom. It was two interviews within two weeks of each other. All together HR was very nice and responsive. I would definitely review the company first and explain your skills.

Interview
Set up telephone video interview, answer 3 questions from the video, set up interview with hiring manager, talk about the job and their expectations and any questions you may have. Then you are supposed to get an email or phone call with the offer.

Went through process just as normally would, went fine. Go prepared and ready to answer behavioral type questions and you will be fine. Went smooth and keep an open mind.
