The interview process proceeded with two employees sitting me down in a conference room and asking me questions that are not typical and challenge your true personality and thinking process. They started off by stating they wouldn't be asking me questions that are typically asked and started each question based off of my last response.

How did you take criticism, and how did you respond back to it?
Initial Screening followed by 30-60mins interview. Whole process takes up to 4-6weeks. Overall interview process was not overwhelming, if you have solid healthcare knowledge you can crack it, depending on the requirement.
It was great. The interview was very friendly. After getting the job the team was very helpful. The whorl was great the team helped each other out in every situation to understand the issue and take it forward.

Explain past experience and how it’s related to current work.
Hiring manager not sure about when they are going to hire someone. Just started window shopping for the right candidate. Ghosted after interview. Looking for superhuman. They wanted a data, PO and BA all in one person. Too much demands.
