I applied directly through their website. - Applied: Mid January - Got an email with a request for a phone screen on the last day of February, confirm the time on the second day of March. - Next day another recruiter call and talk about the position - Phone Interview with the Hiring manager: Last week of March, although the total duration of interview was set for 1 hour but it only lasts for 15 min. - Interview was just a formality, nothing else at all. Interviewer was not even 1% interested to take interview. When I asked some questions regarding job at the end, the hiring manager directly said "Everything is in job description, its same like that?" I think they have already selected someone else before me and my interview was just the formality because they have already set the time. It was just waste of time and very unprofessional experience for me.
