I had a phone screening with a recruiter then was moved to the next round. The next round was a conversation with the hiring manager. The conversation was pleasant and the interview was a little long.
I asked the hiring manager how they felt about my interview performance and if I would move forward and they didn’t have a problem with how I did in the interview but wants to make sure the person they chose is comfortable working in a product led organization. This was Dec 5th. I haven’t heard from back since that interview.
I think it’s very unprofessional to ghost a candidate and if they follow up I’ll pass because that’s not a company I would want to work for.
