Interview
I was contacted in a timely manner and given many options for scheduling an initial interview. The interviewer was very friendly and professional and allowed me to change my internet plan before moving me on without penalty. The second interviewer was also very patient and kind. All of my questions were answered.

Interview
They reached out to me and asked me to interview. I was asked to prepare a lesson with slides and materials provided by them. The interviewer seemed unfriendly and unimpressed even before I started the lesson. She acted as if she was in a rush and seemed uncooperative to participate in the lesson I was presenting. Wasn't surprised I later received a rejection message.

I sent my application in and then completed a 30 minute interview. The interview included a demo lesson with slides provided by Elevate. The process was stress-free and simple. The only catch is there is no guarantee in classes, but I have been assigned two so far.

Interview
Once you apply and more onto the interview process you are asked to do a lesson as part of the interview. You will be given slides to do a mock lesson with the interviewer as the students. It is overall a pleasant interview and they give feedback quickly.
