Elevate Living interview questions

I had two interviews, one with the regional manager, and one with the property manager directly after. Easy interview, but don’t be vague. The regional manager was nice. She asked me why I wanted to switch into real estate and I told her that I was about to get kicked off my health insurance and needed to find a job with benefits. They hired me, if that tells you anything.

The interview process was very relaxed after the initial application, involving a quick excel test and a conversation about my goals, interest in Elevate, and experience. My interviewers were conscientious, upfront, and efficient in replying to my application.
