Eleven Madison Park interview questions

Submit cv/resume, come in for about a 6 hour stage and then have a sit down interview during the stage. I then received feedback and an offer to work there a couple days later and accepted their offer.

You meet with two separate managers - both meetings are more conversations vs formal meetings. They ask you about where you are from, what you have done prior, what you love about food etc but they essentially want you to get off the obvious topics and see if you can just shoot the s**t.
