First round was an HR screening call, then a one on one interview with manager, When an offer was made, I countered for additional 10% compensation and it was accepted.

Interview
It was basic, accounting questions were asked. They are into FMCG so budgeting and costing questions were asked. Among the financial statements, income statement was heavily emphasized. After that some basic hygiene questions and job fit was checked via some OB and HR questions. Interview was not question and answer types it was more like a conversation and discussion.
