- First round is a behavioral interview with a simple coding question via Zoom
- On-site interview where you are allowed to use your own developer environments (and AI agents of your choice)
Phone call with recruiter then technical phone interview with high level engineer in company. Interviewer was extremely disinterested and was rushing to get off meet call. Overall bad experience would not recommend.
Good process, quite intense, 2 screening rounds with code reads at end, and then final onsite, coding, system design and culture interviews with leadership. System design is unpredictable and can be tough, look into their products well. Leadership team don't give much away.
