Elite Editing interview questions

The primary interview mechanism was to complete a hands-on editing assessment in the form of two blog post-length pieces of content. Instructions for the assessment were detailed, but clear. After my submission was evaluated, the team lead contacted me directly (and quickly) to begin talking about me coming on board.
