Recruiter reached out via Indeed. Phone interview then in person interview. I thought interview went well, then a week later I get an email saying “they decided to go in a different direction.” Not sure what that means but I knew when I arrived I wasn’t getting position as HR was very welcoming.

I applied through company website. Spoke with multiple people about the job. Typical interview questions. Definitely honest about their company, and interested in youthful employees. Definitely seemed like a good work environment.
