Elizabethtown Baptist Church interview questions

Resume was submitted by email. Employer responded by email with interest in discussing job opportunity. I responded to his email. Employer contacted me by phone requesting and interview. Interview was pleasant, detailed about responsibilities. Employer contacted me by phone to discuss if I was still interested in the job. He gave me a week to think about the offer. A final interview was with the personnel committee of 8 people. My resume and letters of recommendation was presented to the committee. All 8 of them asked me questions about my qualifications, ability to handle stress and more. I was hired.
