Ellicott Dredges interview questions

Rather quick, energetic. They needed someone right away and I was looking for something right away, so it worked out. Production Manager and HR Manager both very friendly and engaging.

Initial phone screen with representative of retained recruiting firm. That was followed by phone screen with the hiring manager. Then there was an onsite interview with multiple parties including peers, direct reports and hiring manager.
