Interview
Lightweight. Not much there. There were multiple people I had to speak with but none that were or would become my peers. Questions were typical, nothing out of the ordinary. Standard fare; strengths, weaknesses, career goals, etc. seemed to be no formal process, somewhat loosely structured. Seemed like the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing.

Como pimer parte del procespo, primero fue la llamada con la reclutadora, posteriormente me agendaron una entrevista tecnica con los managers del equipo la cual estuvo bastante bien ya que conocieron mas acerca de mi y mi experiencia.

Interview with Recruit then one or two additional group interviews. The teams were friendly and really put me at ease. Questions related to higher ed experience and experience with their software.
