The recruiter miss dialed my phone number and missed my first phone screen date. On the rescheduled date she was late in calling me. During our call she had a snotty tone in her voice and asked me why I would even be interested in the position. This was an odd question given it’s a lateral move to the current position I hold. She then told me they only require two years of experience for a manager role, which should technically require at least five. So I guess I would be considered over qualified aka expensive. After months I received a decline email stating they found someone else. I would not be interested in working with this company.
