Interview
I was referred to the role so the hiring and interview process was fairly quick. I met with the director whose territory i would be supporting and he prodded to guage what type of personality and team person I was.

Temp agency arranged in person interview with the hiring manager. After interviewing with the hiring manager for about 30 minutes, mainly going over my work experience and explaining what the job entails, he then brought me over to meet the Director of E-Customer Service for a shorter more informal chat.
