Interview
After responding to the vacancy for Solution Architect I was invited to Emark and first talked to the Head of HR. This interview was a two way conversation where we talked about the different roles within the company and my broader professional ambitions. I got the feeling that the company was genuinely interested in my personal goals and ambitions.
The second conversation was with another Solution Architect who could describe 'a day in the life of' and showed some of the recent work Emark had been doing. After we mutually agreed to proceed an offer was made.
Overall I had a very pleasant interview experience at Emark.
